Journal of Humanities, Arts and Social Sciences YABATECH (JHASY) is a multi-disciplinary publication of Humanities, Arts and Social Sciences of Yaba College of Technology, Yaba-Lagos, Lagos State, Nigeria. It is a medium designed for researchers in the field of humanities, arts, management and other related studies, both national and international to publish their research works. It is a bi-annual academic journal of high standard committed to the publication of original research papers in the field of arts and social sciences such as accounting, banking and finance, business administration and management, office technology and management, economics, business communications, marketing management, purchasing and supply management. Others are taxation, public administration and management, entrepreneurship and vocational management, business law and ethics, business and society, organizational behavior, business policy and strategy, leadership quality management and multinational management. The focus of the journal is to assist scholars with collections of quality academic research with practical implications for management and administration and other related practices.

Manuscripts are accepted for publications from academics, researchers and practitioners after a double blinded peer review process. Preference is given to those of general significance that are written in English language, well organized and with outstanding academic significance.

As the journal provides a platform for rendering accurate and prompt research results, it also introduces new concepts that promote academic excellence and push frontiers of knowledge in the fields of arts and management disciplines.
